So couple weeks ago i finally saw the film version of "Oliver!" the musical take on Charles Dickens classic tale "Oliver Twist". Being a fan of musicals anyway i was surprised that I had not seen it til recently. I was even more surprised that I recognized and or knew most of the songs from the first act. The whole thing was fantastic and it kinda got me thinking and wanting to see a Disneyish version of the tale.

So here are my attempts to capture the characters in a way that I haven't seen many people go for.


Lastly in this collection of rogues is the fair Nancy. She is one the many prostitutes that works in the thieves tavern and is involved with Sikes and Fagin's gang. She ends up taking care of Oliver and has more than a few memorable songs. My favorite being "Oom Pah Pah"
